However I think this is PIRATED MATERIAL like license crack or serial number crack, so I don't recommend to contact this guy. If you need all this stuff legally you should go to SAP Academy, SAP courses, and get access to SAP customer legally to learn the stuffs. The same message I found like below email, they are same pirated material.
