Md. Boy, 15, Charged With Killing Family
COCKEYSVILLE, Md. (AP) — A 15-year-old boy was charged with murder Sunday in the shooting deaths of his parents and two younger brothers in their suburban Baltimore home.
Nicholas Waggoner Browning was charged with four counts of first-degree murder in the slayings of his father, John Browning, 45; his mother Tamara, 44; and his brothers Gregory, 13, and Benjamin, 11. He was charged as an adult.
Browning was arrested at 1:05 a.m. Sunday after he admitted to the killings, Baltimore County Police spokesman Bill Toohey said.
The teen had not been getting along with his father, police said in a news release. On Friday night, he went into the house after other family members were asleep and shot each of them using his father's handgun, which was in the house, police said.

Banita Jacks, 33, was expected to appear Thursday in D.C. Superior Court, where the charges will be formally presented, prosecutors said.
"We are working on the assumption that these are her four children," police Chief Cathy Lanier said at a news conference.
The bodies of the girls — ages 5, 6, 11 and 17 — had been in the apartment for at least two weeks before deputy U.S. marshals serving an eviction notice next door discovered them Wednesday, authorities said.

A stay-at-home mother in an affluent Dallas suburb fatally shot her husband and two children as they slept before killing herself, police said.
Detectives were reviewing a suicide note left in the house, where Andrea Roberts killed her husband, Michael Lewis Roberts, and children, Micayla, 11, and Dylan, 7, police said. Each had a single gunshot wound to the head.

In Ohio, the deaths of a 44-year-old woman, her 10-year-old son and 7-year-old daughter whose bodies found inside a Delhi Township house Tuesday were being investigated as homicides, although murder-suicide was "certainly a possibility," Hamilton County Coroner O'dell Owens said.

Reilly, 46, drowned his two young daughters, ages 5 and 6, in the bathtub of their Montclair, N.J., home before hanging himself from the attic rafters last Wednesday.
A week ago Monday, Morrissey, 51, shot his wife and two daughters in a parked car at a popular park near Berkeley, Calif., before turning his .357 handgun on himself.
