SAP's TommorowNow have downloaded material which Oracle accused as grandscale-theft. However TommorowNow defended the download as part of support for their client client who use Oracle product. It also shows there is security problem in which they can access unlimited content of Oracle material, until now there is no statement of fixing of the security holes. Oracle is hacked, but it is not actually a real hack.
There is also indication of contract weaknesses as reported by a news.
The good thing is SAP have admitted to inappropriate downloads but they stated it's a matter of inappropriate contract-interpretation.
To be contd.
